EVENT CATERING OPTIONS

 We offer exclusive catering menus from our own Bars & Recreation kitchen, Smoke Shack and Pizza Shuttle for your Event needs.

⇒ ​Event clients may also bring in their own outside food (sandwiches, desserts, etc.), but no outside caterers are allowed. See details below.

EVENT BEVERAGE PACKAGES

1. SINGLE TAB ON CONSUMPTION: Bartenders keep track of whatever your guests order
2. DRINK TICKETS: Charged on consumption; same as “Single Tab on Consumption” but with a limited number per guest
3. CASH BAR: Each guest pays for his or her own drinks *Note: Nine Below is a cashless facility—"Cash Bar" denotes individual payments.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DECORATIONS POLICIES

⇒ Food must be carried in; no outside caterers or deliveries. A carry-in food charge of $100 will be charged for food not ordered through Bars & Recreation.
⇒ Celebration cakes may be carried in. A dessert fee of $25 will be assessed.
⇒ All necessary items must be brought in (disposable plates, napkins, utensils, serving ware, cake knife, etc.)
⇒ For cakes, one candle is acceptable. No sparklers or large flames.
⇒ No silly string, confetti, glitter, or other messy decorations please.
⇒ No outside beverages of any kind may be brought in. This includes coffee, bottled water, etc.

GENERAL POLICIES

⇒ Event prices noted above are subject to premium date surcharges at the discretion of Nine Below.
⇒ Ages 12+ welcome until 6:00pm.
⇒ 6:00pm and later,16+ years welcome. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
⇒ All guests must adhere to all rules, policies, and Course Coach instructions. 
⇒ No outside beverages may be brought on the premises.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICIES

All event bookings require a nonrefundable deposit in order to confirm a date, time, and event type. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance due on the date of the event.

⇒ Deposits are specific to the event type. Events can be upgraded (subject to availability), but not downgraded. 
⇒ Deposits are date and time specific. If a date/time transfer or a downgrade is needed, a change fee equal to 50% of the initial deposit will be required.
⇒ Events cancelled more than 24 hours prior to event start time (and not transferred to another date and time) will forfeit the full nonrefundable deposit. 
⇒ Events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to event start time will forfeit the full nonrefundable deposit, and an additional late cancellation penalty equal to 20% of the event fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for the deposit or provided via the credit card authorization form. In addition, all catering orders cancelled within 72 hours of an event will be charged in full.
