CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card number is required to reserve spots on a green. Reservations can be cancelled or reduced without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the Tee Time by calling 414.939.8592. Cancellations or reductions in group size made less than 24 hours prior to the Tee Time will be charged the full per person cost for each unused spot. Nine Below will charge the method of payment provided at the time of reservation for any unused spots not cancelled 24 hours prior to the Tee Time, unless a different form of payment is provided.

AGE POLICY / MINI FAMILY GOLF ROUNDS

Mini Family Rounds are here to let your kids’ imaginations run wild. Until 6:00pm, kids 12+ can play away by creating their own mini golf holes at Nine Below. Mini Family Rounds are shorter and an economical way for your kids to try out the magic that is build-your-own mini golf. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and provide a signed waiver.

Nine Below After Dark (6 p.m. and later, to be clear), is restricted to ages 16+ only, minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and provide a signed waiver.

BEVERAGE POLICY

No drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or food carry-ins are allowed at Nine Below during public rounds. Finish your caramel spiced latte before you get down here, please and thanks. To learn more about Nine Below's offerings, check out our menu.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Later (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

PAYMENT POLICY

All Bars & Recreation facilities, including Nine Below, are cashless. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. All point of sale terminals are equipped with touchless pay technology. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for services rendered or products sold.

REFUND POLICY

All payments for deposits, merchandise, and gift cards are final and no refunds will be processed.

ONLINE ORDERS POLICY

All gift card orders will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.

All guests must adhere to all rules, policies, and Course Coach instructions.
